Section 1: Cooperation and Customization

We are a vertically integrated clothing factory with more than 17 years of experience, directly responsible for design, sampling, production, and quality inspection, ensuring strong control over costs and quality.

We provide OEM and ODM services.
  • OEM (sample processing): You provide detailed design drafts or samples, and we strictly follow the requirements for production.
  • ODM (Original Design): You only need to propose a concept or style requirement, and our design team will provide you with ready-made style series for selection or customized design.

Our MOQ is 1000 pcs per order , which can split into 4-5 styles or colors combinations.

Of course! We support comprehensive brand customization, including weaving labels, printing labels, washing labels, hang tags, and packaging. Please inform us of your specific requirements during the inquiry.

Section 2: Samples
 
Okay. We strongly recommend that you confirm the samples before placing a bulk order. You can submit a sample request through the “Apply for Sample” button on the product page or directly by contacting us.
 

For existing styles, we usually provide paid samples, and the sample fee needs to be borne by the customer. Once you confirm the bulk order, some sample fees can be refunded. For fully customized development projects, we will assess and charge sampling fees based on the situation. Please consult our sales team for specific policies.

We usually send out samples of existing styles within 3-5 working days after receiving payment. Customized sampling requires 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the process. We support international express delivery services such as DHL and FedEx.

Section 3:  Price and Payment
 

Please consult us directly via email/contact information(elaine@fumaoclothng.com). To provide you with the most accurate quotation, please provide the following information: product style/number, target quantity, process requirements, customization details, etc.

Our quotation usually includes product cost, standard packaging cost, and factory price. International shipping, insurance, and import tariffs are not included, but we can assist you in arranging logistics.

We support wire transfers, and for reputable old customers, we also offer flexible payment options.
 
Section 4: Production and Delivery Time
 

The production cycle depends on the order quantity, style complexity, and current scheduling situation. Usually, after sample confirmation, mass production takes 4-12 weeks. We will provide a detailed production schedule during order confirmation.

Welcome! We support mid-term inspection and final inspection before shipment. You can assign a third-party inspection agency (such as SGS, BV) or personally come to inspect the goods to ensure that the product fully meets your standards.
 
Section 5: Quality and Control
 
We have a comprehensive quality control system.
  • Raw material inspection: Strictly inspect incoming fabrics and accessories.
  • Production inspection: Conduct online spot checks on key processes.
  • Finished product inspection: Before packaging, we inspect each finished product to ensure compliance with AQL standards.
 
 

We promise to be responsible for product quality. We will provide a detailed inspection report before shipment. If any quality issues are found to be our responsibility after receiving the goods, please provide photo/video evidence immediately. We will provide solutions such as rework, compensation, or redo according to the situation.

Section 6: Logistics and Transportation
 
We offer trade terms such as EXW and FOB. We can deliver at factory price according to your needs, or assist you in arranging international sea/air freight and quoting the landed price.
 
After your goods are shipped, we will promptly provide you with transportation documents such as bills of lading or air waybills, which you can use to track the status of the goods in real time.
