Section 1: Cooperation and Customization
We are a vertically integrated clothing factory with more than 17 years of experience, directly responsible for design, sampling, production, and quality inspection, ensuring strong control over costs and quality.
Our MOQ is 1000 pcs per order , which can split into 4-5 styles or colors combinations.
Of course! We support comprehensive brand customization, including weaving labels, printing labels, washing labels, hang tags, and packaging. Please inform us of your specific requirements during the inquiry.
To give you an accurate quote and a smooth process, please share: product reference / style number, target quantity, size range, fabric and colour requirements, any logo / label / packaging needs, and your target delivery date. The more details you provide, the faster and more accurate our reply.
For existing styles, we usually provide paid samples, and the sample fee needs to be borne by the customer. Once you confirm the bulk order, some sample fees can be refunded. For fully customized development projects, we will assess and charge sampling fees based on the situation. Please consult our sales team for specific policies.
We usually send out samples of existing styles within 3-5 working days after receiving payment. Customized sampling requires 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the process. We support international express delivery services such as DHL and FedEx.
A pre-production sample is made with the exact bulk fabric and trims before mass production begins, so you can approve the final look and workmanship. We provide PP samples for most orders, and we only start bulk production after your written approval.

Our quotation usually includes product cost, standard packaging cost, and factory price. International shipping, insurance, and import tariffs are not included, but we can assist you in arranging logistics.
The production cycle depends on the order quantity, style complexity, and current scheduling situation. Usually, after sample confirmation, mass production takes 4-12 weeks. We will provide a detailed production schedule during order confirmation.
We will always try our best. If you have an urgent deadline, please tell us as early as possible — we will check our production schedule and material availability, and let you know whether a rush order is feasible and whether any surcharge applies.
We promise to be responsible for product quality. We will provide a detailed inspection report before shipment. If any quality issues are found to be our responsibility after receiving the goods, please provide photo/video evidence immediately. We will provide solutions such as rework, compensation, or redo according to the situation.
We operate with a strong commitment to compliant, ethical production. Please contact us for details on our factory certifications and audit reports, and let us know if your brand has specific compliance requirements.
EXW (Ex Works) means you collect the goods from our factory and handle all shipping yourself. FOB (Free on Board) means we deliver the goods to the port and load them onto the vessel, and you take responsibility from there. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything — freight, customs and import duties — and deliver to your door. We can quote all three terms.
Yes. We keep your patterns, fabrics, trims and approval records on file, so reorders stay consistent in size, colour and workmanship. Just quote the original style number when you place a reorder.
